First Roll with Kodak Ektar 35

Hey everyone!

We’re stoked to share our first roll of Kodak Ektar 35 film, shot indoors with some close friends! 🎉📸 We grabbed some ISO 800 film from our local store and put it to the test. Here’s the scoop on how our Kodak Ektar 35 half-frame camera did—spoiler: it’s great with a flash but gets a bit dark without one.

The Setup

We loaded up the Kodak Ektar 35 half-frame camera with ISO 800 film because it’s supposed to be pretty solid for low-light situations. Our goal was to capture some fun moments with friends indoors. One thing we found out quickly: this camera shines with a flash but can turn pretty moody without it!

the result

Our first roll with Kodak Ektar 35 ISO 800 was a fun experience! The half-frame camera definitely adds a unique flair but can be challenging when it comes to composition. The film shines with a flash, delivering vibrant, clear photos, but without it, the results are darker and moodier. We’re loving how the film turned out and are excited to keep experimenting!

Thanks for checking out our indoor photo session. If you’ve got any tips or tricks for using Kodak Ektar or shooting in different lighting conditions, drop a comment below. We’d love to hear from you!

Until next time, keep snapping and stay curious!
